Skin scores, estimated skin age, detected concerns, and product suggestions are informational starting points generated by an AI model, not clinical findings.
Analysis quality depends on lighting, camera quality, angle, and image clarity, and AI models can be wrong. Results may vary between scans of the same skin. We make no warranty that any analysis, score, or recommendation is accurate, complete, or suitable for you.
Product suggestions are generated automatically and are not personalized medical or allergy advice. We don't manufacture, sell, test, or endorse the products shown. Always read the full ingredient list and patch-test a new product before use, particularly if you have sensitive skin, known allergies, or an existing skin condition. Any purchase is a transaction between you and that retailer, on their terms.
Some product links are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you buy through them at no extra cost to you. This does not affect which products are shown or how they are ranked.
You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them solely to provide the service to you — generating your analysis, rendering Studio try-ons, and maintaining your history. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account. We do not use your photos to train AI models, and we do not sell them. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Only upload photos of yourself, or of someone who has given you permission. Do not upload images you don't have the right to use.
Don't use FaceLens AI to break the law, to upload another person's image without their consent, to attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours, to probe or overload our infrastructure, or to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Analysis depends on third-party AI providers and may be temporarily unavailable, rate-limited, or changed.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lakhani Ventures LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lakhani Ventures LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of anyone else's rights.
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
